Before You Apply: Documents to Prepare
During your visa application process, you may be asked to demonstrate the purpose of your visit. The following documents are typically required:
- Completed visa application form
- Official invitation letter from the ICAR2026 Congress Organisers
- Passport valid for at least six months beyond your planned date of arrival
- Recent passport-sized photograph:
- In colour
- White background, facing forward
- Face visible, without glasses
- Taken within the last six months
- Dimensions between 32.0 mm × 26.0 mm and 39.0 mm × 31.0 mm
- Proof of accommodation (e.g., hotel reservation)
- Proof of financial solvency (e.g., bank statements)
- Travel itinerary (e.g., flight reservation or return ticket)
- Proof of visa application fee payment
- Congress registration confirmation

If an entry visa is required, please allow sufficient time for this procedure: to facilitate your VISA request, an invitation letter can be downloaded. Please note that it does not imply any obligation on the part of the Organisers to cover registration fees, accommodation, travel expenses, or any other costs associated with participation in the Congress.
